This technology can significantly improve the economic efficiency of organic waste recycling by modifying the biogas plants and eliminate all the shortcomings of the process – high time-consuming and incomplete processing of raw materials.
In September 2014, the technology was successfully tested in a biogas plant in the Orenburg region. That reduced basic technological risks. A month later, the company WiseSoil received a special prize in the finals of the Generation S project accelerator, and in July, this year became a resident Energotech cluster in Skolkovo.
The device, designed by the WiseSoil, twice increases the speed of raw materials processing in a biogas digester and doubles the output of biogas. A distinctive feature of the technology - complex processing of raw materials, using several types of operation, based on an ultrasonic hydrodynamic radiator with a field strength of up to 100 W / cm2. A transmitter exposes raw materials to powerful ultrasonic waves, destroys the cell walls, and then the nutrients are more easily available for processing by microorganisms.
The company also took care of the efficient use of recycled materials. They developed the technology of dehydration for substrate from biogas plants, allowing to get the fertilizer humidity greater than 15% without the use of heat drying.
According to experts, Russia has excellent prospects for the biogas production and high-performance bio-fertilizers. Taking into account the formation of the market in this segment and the development of renewable energy, the WiseSoil technology will solve the whole complex of problems: the processing of large amounts of waste, improving the environment, energy production and manufacture of high-performance organic fertilizer for agriculture.
